Writing Justice Topics For Argumentative EssayThere are lots of different Justice Topics for Argumentative Essay but there is one that will probably come up over again in your college career. It is the right to a fair trial. Since so many people view this as an unnecessary luxury the idea can actually be quite clever.
So in essence what happens is that people become victims of the exact reverse of justice. When innocent people are convicted of crimes and sentenced to jail time for which they were not guilty, it often leads to resentment against the police and the legal system and in turn, more problems arise which often result in more innocent people being convicted and put in jail for which they have not done anything wrong. If you are a good defense attorney then it will be extremely important for you to have this discussion with your client because he may inadvertently encourage them to feel that their rights are being violated. After all, if you are the only lawyer out there who knows about this, then all you can do is let your client know that he should be aware of it and that he might wish to have legal representation so that they can defend themselves in case a situation like this ever arises. Then once your client has talked to his lawyer about the matter, he will have to either accept the reality of the case or talk to his friends and family about it. Unfortunately for us, there is an endless amount of news reports about innocent people being convicted in 'miracle' cases that make many people think that the process works perfectly well. You see, the actual definition of a 'miracle' is when a person's case goes in the opposite direction from how it should have gone. So in the most literal sense of the word, if you have ever had a case where the prosecution is eager to convict because it has already tried several other people before who were found guilty, then you can see that it is really very easy to find cases that were 'happening' in the past. Obviously, once you have brought up this topic with your client, you will have created the impression to him that he is guilty. Not only is this a big mistake, but it may have far reaching effects on him and his career. In conclusion, you should always make sure that you have the main point covered. It is important that you create a realistic case so that you are not explaining to your client how guilty he really is. Remember that these are just facts and not cases that will never happen to your client again in his lifetime. Once you have convinced your client to give you some suggestions, then you can take the opportunity to give your client some advice on how to explain this to their friends and family.
